STANDARD COMPOST FOR SALE IN BRISBANE AND ACROSS SOUTHEAST QUEENSLAND
The science: how it works
Carbon Plus Standard Compost
Our standard compost is a mixture of recycled organic materials that have been processed by natural organisms, breaking down the original materials into a usable form. It can feed plants, stimulate beneficial microbes, improve soil structure and help the soil retain nutrients, water, and warmth. It is especially effective in increasing organic matter, nitrogen (N), potassium (K), and phosphorus (P) levels, and essential micronutrients, while also enhancing the soil's water holding capacity.
Additionally, our standard compost helps reduce soil erosion and compaction, and supports carbon sequestration efforts. Ideal for large-scale agricultural sites and major landscaping projects, Carbon Plus Standard ensures that your soil is optimally conditioned to support sustained plant health and vigorous growth, contributing to more resilient and productive land management practices.

Compost for pasture growth and rehabilitation
It has become a recognised practice for Farmers and Growers to utilise compost to benefit both pasture growth and composition. It is well documented that the sub soil application of compost would provide food for soil biology while increasing oxygen and moisture penetration to the soil, enhancing plant root growth and element availability.

While application would provide readily available nitrogen, phosphorus, and valuable organic matter, research indicates that increasing soil fertility should lead to improved pasture composition.
